faith
First off, i think that faith is an imporatnt element in anything. Reading espically, because (even though it souns weird) you have to have faith in your book. you have to be able to imagine the chaos, and understand what the book is saying. faith helps you become engulfed inside the pages, and helps you understand the tru complexity of the science fiction realm.

wow i never really looked at faith in a book before. I think your right though, you must have faith in it to be good. right on sista.
now, this is a first, but certainly a legitimate approach! there is a thing called "suspension of disbelief" that is necessary when reading any fiction, but especially science fiction, and your point is right there with that concept. nicely stated!
(and, i'm thrilled you're enjoying the book!)
wow jojo. i never would have thought of faith in that way. but after reading what you have said it completely makes sense.
